Town Employee Sues Employer for $18.4 million

Onancock, VA–An Onancock city worker is suing city officials for allegedly beating and sexually harassing him. The plaintiff asserts that he was whipped and sexually harassed by some supervisors and the town manager.

Truck Driver Wins 20,000 British Pounds for Sex-Discrimination

United Kingdom–A transsexual truck driver in the UK has been awarded 20,000 British pounds, claiming that her employer discriminated against her based on her transsexual status.
