Onancock, VA–An Onancock city worker is suing city officials for allegedly beating and sexually harassing him. The plaintiff asserts that he was whipped and sexually harassed by some supervisors and the town manager.
The lawsuit details harassment and beating taking place over a period of a year, in which the plaintiff suffered serious wounds.
The lawsuit is for a total of $18.4 million. $17.4 million are compensatory damages and $1 million are punitive damages.
