UK Issues Hundreds of Thousands of Incorrect Visas

United Kingdom–The United Kingdom government has estimated that around 300,000 of the visas that it issues are done so “wrongly,” significantly because of pressure to grant visas to potential immigrants. As a result, around 80% of visas applications are approved. Of those 80%, 15% (the 300,000) are done “wrongly.”

Town Employee Sues Employer for $18.4 million

Onancock, VA–An Onancock city worker is suing city officials for allegedly beating and sexually harassing him. The plaintiff asserts that he was whipped and sexually harassed by some supervisors and the town manager.
