Amsterdam–A new study by Wagelindicator.org has found that about 4 out of 10 employees around the world work more time than they originally agreed to when they accepted their positions. Moreover, half of those 4 out of 10 employees are not compensated for the overtime they work.
The study also found that employees on average found their jobs more than halfway exhausting, both physically and mentally. Some degree of the mental stress is due to the fact that many workers have high fears about losing their jobs, which they do not have contracts for.
If you have not been compensated for overtime or have been exposed to undue stress in the workplace, contact the Orange County employment lawyers of Perry Smith by visiting their website or by calling 888-356-2529 to discuss your situation.
